- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 400 ml of liquid milk
- 1 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200 g ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 100 ml tomato paste
- 2 LBR bayleaf
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- 250 g potatoes, grated coarse
- 250 g pumpkin, cut into small dice
- * 300 g pumpkin, puree
- * 200 g potatoes, mashed
- * 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
- * 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- * 1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
- * 1 eggs,whisk off
- 1 egg yolk
- Grated cheese to taste
- Heat the butter, put flour, stirring frequently. Pour the milk while stirring until a smooth dough. Enter nutmeg powder stirring. Lift. Set aside.
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add the meat, stirring frequently, until it changes color. Enter the tomatoes, bayleaf, and pepper powder. Mix well.
