Tuna Quiche Recipe

Tuna Qiiche ingredients:
  1. 300 g plain flour
  2. 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  3. 1 / 2 tsp salt (to taste)
  4. 175 g unsalted butter
  5. 1 eggs
  6. 5 tablespoons ice water 
Filling:
  1. 50 g chopped onion, saute briefly
  2. 300 g tuna meat, cut into small dice
  3. 100 g spinach leaves,trimmed, hard boiled, sliced
  4. 75 g carrots, trimmed, cut into small dice
  5. 75 g peas, boiled
  6. 1 teaspoon chopped celery
  7. 50 g cheddar cheese, grated
  8. 1 tbsp plain flour
  9. 150 ml of liquid milk
  10. 50 ml thick cream
  11. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  12. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  13. 1 / 4 tsp nutmeg powder
  14. 4 eggs
  15. 50 g cheddar cheese, grated 
Cooking Directions:
  1. Creating a skin: Mix the flour with powdered sugar and salt, mix well. Enter the butter and mix, use two knives until the granules. Add the eggs and ice water, stir until the dough can be formed. Rest for 15 minutes. 
  2. Milled thick dough 1 / 2 inches, put it in a mold and bake pie for 15 minutes until half cooked, remove from heat. 
  3. Make filling: Mix the flour with whole milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and eggs, mix well. Add spinach, tuna, onions, carrots, peas, chopped celery and grated cheese and stir well. 
  4. Pour into pie skin, sprinkle with cheese. Bake again for 20 minutes until cooked, remove from heat. Serve warm.

Fish Avocado Burger Recipe

Fish Avocado Burger Ingredients:
  1. 2 pcs potatoes, peeled, boiled, mashed
  2. 125 g pumpkin, peeled, grated
  3. 400 g lemuru / sardines / salmon fish, mashed
  4. 1 / 2 onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1 chicken eggs, beaten off
  8. 1 egg yolk
  9. 1 egg white, beaten off
  10. 300 g bread flour
  11. 2 tablespoons sliced selederi
  12.  100 ml oil 
Complement:
  1. 1 ripe avocado, roughly chopped
  2. 2 tbsp lemon juice / lime juice
  3. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  4. 4 pcs round bun bread 
  5. 2 tablespoons butter
  6. 4 red cabbage, thinly sliced 
Cooking Directions:
  1.  Mix potato, pumpkin, fish, onions, salt, pepper, egg and 1 egg yolk that has been shaken off, 100 g wheat bread, and celery. Stir well,split for 4 parts and form round, then flat it.
  2. Dip into beaten egg whites, and roll over the remaining bread flour. Then, store in refrigerator for 2 hours. Fry until brown color. Set aside. 
  3. Mix avocado, mayonnaise, lemon, and sliced red cabbage. 
  4. Take a bread bun, spread with butter, place the fish burgers, added with a mixture of avocado, and close the bread.

Spicy Snapper Steak Recipe

Spicy Snapper Steak Ingredients:
  1. 500 g fillet of snapper, cut into 5x4x2 cm
Marinade:
  1. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  2. 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 2 teaspoons liquid margarine
  5. 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Sauce:
  1. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  2. 1 / 2 btr onions, chopped
  3. 1 piece red pepper, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Complement;
  1. Mix Vegetable
  2. Puree Potato
Cooking Directions:
  1. Marinate the fish with the marinade mixture, set aside 15 minutes for flavor to infuse.
  2. Bake the fish in the embers of a fire while in the back and forth until cooked.
  3. Sauce: Mix soy sauce, red onion, red pepper and lime juice and stir well.
  4. Boil until half soft vegetable mix, remove and drain.
  5. Mashed potatoes: steamed potatoes, mashed, cooked with milk, eggs, pepper and salt until blended.
  6. Serve the snapper with a sauce and complement.

Salmon Steak Recipe

Salmon Steak Ingredients:
  1. 2 pieces of salmon
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, ready to buy
  4. Thousand Island dressing
Complement:
  1. French fries
  2. Broccoli
Cooking Directions:
  1. Marinate the fish with salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce until blended. Let stand briefly until spices to infuse.

White Snapper Fish With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 300 gr White Snappper meat(fillet and cut as you like)
  2. 2 lemons(get the water)
  3. 2 clove garlics(minced)
  4. 1 eggs(beaten)
  5. 5 tablespoons all purpose flour
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Salt,sugar and white pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
  1. 2 cloves garlic(minced)
  2. 1/2 onion(slice)
  3. 5 tablespoon tomato sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon worcertershire sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  8. Salt,sugar,and white pepper
Cooking Directions:

Fish
  1. Marinade fish with lemon juice,season with salt and white pepper.Put the fihs at referigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Dip the fish into beaten egg and then coat with flour.
  3.  Heat vegetable oil,deep fryng fishuntil golden brown
Tomato sauce
  1. Heat butter on skillet,saute onion and garlic until fragnant.
  2. Add and mix tomato sauce,chili sauce,oyster sauce,and worcertershire sauce.
  3. Season with salt,sugar and white pepper and stir at the moment,pour at the top of fish.
