Marinata Soup

Marinata Soup Recipe:

  1. - 250 grams of minced beef
  2. - 1500 ml stock
  3. - 1 slice of white bread without the skin, torn
  4. - 1 teaspoon salt
  5. - 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  6. - 1 / 8 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  7. - cooking oil to taste
  8. - 1 egg (beaten)

  10. - 1-2spoon teaspoon salt
Thickening:
  1. - 4 egg yolks
  2. - 100 grams margarine
  3. - 100 grams cheese
  4. - 250 ml cream / milk
Cooking Directions:

Make meatballs:


  1. Soak bread in egg beat until soft.

Huzarensla Ingredients:

Tofu Burger Recipe

Tofu Burger Ingredients:
  1.      * 200 Tofu, puree
  2.      * 100 g peanut , steamed, mashed
  3.      * 100 g shrimps, peeled, mashed
  4.      * 2 tbsp flour
  5.      * 2 egg yolks
  6.      * 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
  7.      * 1 tbsp fried onion, mashed
  8.      * 1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
  9.      * 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  10.      * 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  11.      * 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  12.      * 1 teaspoon salt
  13.      * 2 tablespoons butter
Complement:
  1. 4 pcs bread bun
  2. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  3. 4 lettuce leaves
  4. 4 slices cheese
Cooking Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients except the butter. Mix well.
  2. Cut  into 4parts, rounded shape and pipihkan. 
  3. Heat butter and fry burgers until cooked and golden yellow.
  4. To Serve,spread bread bun with margarine, stacking the leaves letucce, burgers know,spread mayonnaise on top, add cheese slices. Cover again with bread. Serve while hot.

 Apple Muffins Ingredients:

Ginger Spice Tuna Steak Ingredients:

Beef Rice With Mushroom Ingredients:
  1. 200 g rice fluffier, washed, drained
