Carrot Salad Recipe: Healthy Recipes For Cholesterol Patients Vegetarian

Carrot Recipe Ingredients:
  1. 50 g carrot, finely grated
  2. 50 g lettuce, thinly sliced
Salad Dressing:
  1. 1 teaspoon corn oil, for sauteing
  2. 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  3. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  4. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  5. 10 g brown sugar
  6. 1 sheet of orange leaves
  7. 3 pieces of thinly sliced cayenne pepper
  8. 50 c tamarind water
  9.  salt and shrimp paste to taste
Cooking Directions:
  1. First to Make Dressing,Heat the oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the lime leaves, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, soy sauce, shrimp paste, and tamarind water.
  2. Stir until thick and add the chili sauce. Stir well, remove and use. 
  3. Next, set the vegetables on serving plates, flush it with dressing and serve.
