- * 200 Tofu, puree
- * 100 g peanut , steamed, mashed
- * 100 g shrimps, peeled, mashed
- * 2 tbsp flour
- * 2 egg yolks
- * 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
- * 1 tbsp fried onion, mashed
- * 1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
- * 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- * 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- * 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- * 1 teaspoon salt
- * 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 pcs bread bun
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices cheese
- Mix all ingredients except the butter. Mix well.
- Cut into 4parts, rounded shape and pipihkan.
- Heat butter and fry burgers until cooked and golden yellow.
- To Serve,spread bread bun with margarine, stacking the leaves letucce, burgers know,spread mayonnaise on top, add cheese slices. Cover again with bread. Serve while hot.
