- 4 slices (@ 100 g) tuna meat
- 200 gr unsalted butter
- 2 cm ginger, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pcs lemon, cut into pieces
- Make seasoning: mix all ingredients together. Divided into two parts. Take a half, round shape, put on plastic, flat it and store in refrigerator until hardened. Cut the dice.
- Heat the remaining seasoning until melted.Put off.
- Spread both sides of the tuna pieces with melted butter.
- Bake until well done and dry on both sides.Put off.
- Put tuna on serving plates. Give pieces of seasoning, drizzle with lemon juice, then cover it. Plugs with a plastic tooth prick
