Black Pepper Steak Recipe

 Black Pepper Steak Ingredients:
  1. 800 g of sirloin beef
  2. 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
Sauce:
  1. 150 ml beef stock
  2. 2 tablespoons fresh liquid milk
  3. 2 tablespoons sauce BBQ
  4. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. ½ tsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp plain flour
  7. ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  8. 40 tablespoons onion,chopped
  9. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  10. 1 tbsp butter / margarine
  11. 1 tsp fine salt
Condiment:
  1. 100 g carrots, diced
  2. 100 g green beans, diced
Cooking Directions:
  1. Cut the meat against the fiber with each weighing 250 g. Soak in soy sauce, pepper and salt. Let the spices infuse for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick griddle. Fried seteak while inverted until cooked. Lift. Serve hot with vegetables and sauces complement.
  3. Sauce: Heat butter, saute onion until fragrant. Add flour and stir well. Pour sauce broth and other ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly until boiling and texture of the sauce thickens. Lift.

Spicy Snapper Steak Recipe

Spicy Snapper Steak Ingredients:
  1. 500 g fillet of snapper, cut into 5x4x2 cm
Marinade:
  1. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  2. 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 2 teaspoons liquid margarine
  5. 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Sauce:
  1. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  2. 1 / 2 btr onions, chopped
  3. 1 piece red pepper, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Complement;
  1. Mix Vegetable
  2. Puree Potato
Cooking Directions:
  1. Marinate the fish with the marinade mixture, set aside 15 minutes for flavor to infuse.
  2. Bake the fish in the embers of a fire while in the back and forth until cooked.
  3. Sauce: Mix soy sauce, red onion, red pepper and lime juice and stir well.
  4. Boil until half soft vegetable mix, remove and drain.
  5. Mashed potatoes: steamed potatoes, mashed, cooked with milk, eggs, pepper and salt until blended.
  6. Serve the snapper with a sauce and complement.

Salmon Steak Recipe

Salmon Steak Ingredients:
  1. 2 pieces of salmon
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, ready to buy
  4. Thousand Island dressing
Complement:
  1. French fries
  2. Broccoli
Cooking Directions:
  1. Marinate the fish with salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce until blended. Let stand briefly until spices to infuse.
  2. Bake on non-stick griddle pan until cooked on both sides. Lift

Ginger Spice Tuna Steak Recipe

Ginger Spice Tuna Steak Ingredients:
  1. 4 slices (@ 100 g) tuna meat
Spices:
  1. 200 gr unsalted butter
  2. 2 cm ginger, finely grated
  3. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Complementary:
  1. 2 pcs lemon, cut into pieces
Cooking Directions:
  1. Make seasoning: mix all ingredients together. Divided into two parts. Take a half, round shape, put on plastic, flat it and store in refrigerator until hardened. Cut the dice.
  2. Heat the remaining seasoning until melted.Put off.
  3. Spread both sides of the tuna pieces with melted butter.
  4. Bake until well done and dry on both sides.Put off.
  5. Put tuna on serving plates. Give pieces of seasoning, drizzle with lemon juice, then cover it. Plugs with a plastic tooth prick 
  6. Serve
