- 100 gr minced meat
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 2 tbs water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk the eggs and then add the meat, cornstarch, water, salt and pepper.
- Mix well
- Heat batter in the skillet until golden and cooked
- Serve omelettes with extra chilli sauce or tomato sauce on top.
