Potato Salad With Mustard Sauce

Potato Salad Ingredients:
  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  2. 3 pieces of bratwurst sausage
  3. 500 g potatoes, steamed, peeled, diced 2 cm
  4. 150 g salad bowls, clean, thinly sliced
  5. 150 g romaine lettuce, roughly torn 
Sauce:
  1. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  2. 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  3. 100 ml mayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoon mustard paste
  5. 1 tsp Capers, roughly chopped
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. ¼ tsp pepper powder
Complement:
  1. Grated cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:
  1. Mustard sauce: Heat a skillet, melt butter. Saute onion until fragrant. Lift.
  2. Mix sauted onions with mayonnaise, mustard, Capers,sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Set aside. 
  3. Combine stir-fry onions with mayonnaise, mustard, Capers, powdered sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
  4. Presentation: Arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates. Put the potatoes and sausage on top. Serve with mustard sauce and supplementary materials.
*) Romaine lettuce: At first glance looks like a Chinese cabbage, leaf lengthwise. The edges of the leaves are green, while the middle is white with a crisp texture.
**) Bratwurst: typical German Sausage. Diameter larger than the usual sausage.
***) Capers: Pickled capers are derived from plants that grow in the Mediterranean region. Sold in glass bottles at supermarkets.
