Country Christmas Cake Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 250 gr butter
- 250 gr powdered sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 300 grams of dried fruit (sukade, raisins, cherries)
- 100 g cashew nuts, roughly chopped
- 100 cc of brandy / Rhum
- 1 tablespoon chiffon seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 cc evaporated milk
- Whisk powdered sugar and butter until white, enter the chicken eggs one at a time, beat until smooth.
- Add flour, dried fruits, nuts, and all other ingredients, stirring with wooden spoon until well blended.
- Pour into a baking dish that has been sown dioles margarine and flour, sprinkle it with cashew nuts and candied red cherry fruit and green.
- Bake in oven for 50 minutes with heat 160o C, until cooked.
