Ingredients:
- 300 gr White Snappper meat(fillet and cut as you like)
- 2 lemons(get the water)
- 2 clove garlics(minced)
- 1 eggs(beaten)
- 5 tablespoons all purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- Salt,sugar and white pepper
- 2 cloves garlic(minced)
- 1/2 onion(slice)
- 5 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcertershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- Salt,sugar,and white pepper
Fish
- Marinade fish with lemon juice,season with salt and white pepper.Put the fihs at referigerator for 30 minutes.
- Dip the fish into beaten egg and then coat with flour.
- Heat vegetable oil,deep fryng fishuntil golden brown
- Heat butter on skillet,saute onion and garlic until fragnant.
- Add and mix tomato sauce,chili sauce,oyster sauce,and worcertershire sauce.
- Season with salt,sugar and white pepper and stir at the moment,pour at the top of fish.
