Beef Rice With Mushroom Recipe

Beef Rice With Mushroom Ingredients:
  1. 200 g rice fluffier, washed, drained
  2. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  3. 20 g onion, chopped
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 75 g beef, thinly sliced
  6. 2 pieces hioko mushrooms, chopped
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  8. 400-500 ml beef broth / water
  9. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
Complement:
  1. Vegetables Omelette
  2. Pickled cucumber        
Cooking Directions:
  1. Saute onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant.
  2. Add the beef, stir until it changes color. 
  3. Add mushrooms, stirring until wilted.
  4. Enter the rice, stirring until blended. Lift.
  5. Move into the rice cooker pan, add broth and seasonings.
  6. Cook until the rice cooked as usual.
  7. Put the rice in the container stock, sprinkle with nori pieces or fried onion.
